This program is designed for travel agency counsellors who wish to prepare for the TICO Travel Counsellor Education Standards Exam. All travel agency counsellors (including supervisors and managers of travel agency Registrants who themselves sell travel to the public) will be required to take and pass the exam no later than 01 July 2009. The two options for this program include a self-paced downloadable training program or an online interactive webinar consisting of two 90-minute sessions with a training instructor.

This program is designed for travel agency counsellors who wish to prepare for the TICO Travel Counsellor Education Standards Exam and who are not native speakers of English. This special version of the training program is conducted at a slower pace, with greater attention to explaining key concepts in simplified English. All travel agency counsellors (including supervisors and managers of travel agency Registrants who themselves sell travel to the public) will be required to take and pass the exam no later than 01 July 2009. The program consists of two, two-hour sessions, with a training instructor, and is conducted online as an interactive webinar.

This program is designed for travel agency supervisors and managers who wish to prepare for the TICO Supervisor and Manager Education Standards Exam. The travel agency supervisor/manager of record (except a "grandfathering" or exemption for that supervisor/manager of record approved by TICO on/before 30 June 2009 and who acts in such a capacity on and after 30 June 2009) will be required to take and pass the exam no later than 01 July 2009. The program consists of two 90-minute sessions, with a training instructor, and is conducted online as an interactive webinar.
